You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use another User's account. Any action taken from your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you.
88ad strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security layer. While 2FA is recommended, it is not mandatory; however, accounts without 2FA enabled may face additional verification steps on login from unrecognised devices.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 88ad immediately via the live chat support channel. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.
Each User may register and operate only one account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88ad reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any winnings or bonus funds associated with those accounts without prior notice.
In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) controls, 88ad is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals, and may require verification at any other point during the account lifecycle.

All submitted documents must be original, unaltered and in full colour. Documents that have been cropped, obscured, digitally edited, or are otherwise unclear will not be accepted. Standard KYC review is completed within 24–48 hours of submission. Enhanced due diligence reviews may take longer. Withdrawal requests will be held pending during the active review period.

Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a typographical error, system fault or human mistake — 88ad reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's account. The decision of 88ad on whether odds constitute an obvious error is final.
Markets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, verified irregularities, or where the integrity of an event is brought into question. Voided bets will have their stakes returned to the User's account balance.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event (e.g., after a wicket has fallen in cricket) has occurred but before market suspension is confirmed may be voided at the platform's discretion.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-market basis and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 88ad reserves the right to impose additional individual account-level stake restrictions without prior notice.

88ad reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and report relevant activity to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 88ad platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, data feeds, layout design and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of 88ad or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 88ad.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ad shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to access, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages or third-party service failures.
Your use of 88ad is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, including your rights in relation to that data and how to exercise them.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the platform.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ad is registered and/or licensed to operate, as specified in the operator's licence documentation.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 88ad's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated under the relevant licence conditions.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence, to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
88ad reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominent in-platform notification or by email to the address associated with your account, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure procedure.
